Choose the correct destination
Send the full hotel or villa address, not only the area name. The website lists private one-way transfers between Ngurah Rai Airport and Seminyak or Canggu. Other destinations, extra stops and return journeys need their own confirmation.
Send the details that help your pickup
Include the travel date, flight number, scheduled arrival time, guest count, and number and size of bags. Let Made know if you are travelling with children or need a particular arrangement. Vehicle capacity and any special requests must be confirmed before booking.
Agree where to meet
Made will confirm the meeting instructions on WhatsApp. Keep those instructions available when you arrive, and let Made know if your flight schedule or airport exit time changes. Do not assume a meeting point until it has been confirmed for your booking.
Understand waiting time
Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of complimentary waiting. Confirm when the allowance starts and what happens if you need more time. Flight delays or changes to pickup arrangements should be discussed directly with Made.
Planning your departure transfer
Give Made your departure flight details and pickup address. Agree a hotel departure time that allows for traffic and your airline’s check-in requirements. Avoid scheduling an ambitious sightseeing itinerary immediately before your flight.
Confirm before you travel
Check the final price, meeting or pickup time, contact details and payment arrangements. The online form prepares a booking request; your transfer is confirmed after Made accepts it.
