Booking enquiries

The booking form prepares information you enter, such as your name, travel dates, group size, pickup location, selected service and optional notes, for a WhatsApp enquiry. Review the message before sending it. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. Please avoid including passport details, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in enquiry notes.

Google Calendar connection

Google Calendar authorization is for the business calendar owner, not tour customers. The website requests read-only access to calendar availability (free/busy intervals) to identify unavailable travel dates. It does not use this connection to read event titles, descriptions, attendee lists, or to create, edit or delete calendar events. Public availability responses contain unavailable dates, not event details.

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in a private server directory outside the public website. The server uses the token to request availability and refresh authorization when permitted by Google. Google and our hosting provider process data needed to provide these services. Google Calendar data is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training.

Retention and control

Connection tokens are retained while the calendar integration is in use. The account owner can revoke the connection through Google Account permissions and contact Tour With Made to request deletion of stored tokens. Booking correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Website operation

The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. The calendar connection pages use session cookies for authentication and request protection. Availability requests include the requested travel month; booking customers do not need to sign in to Google.
