Is the listed price one-way or return?
Each price is for one private transfer between the airport and the listed area. If you need both arrival and departure transfers, request both journeys and confirm the total with Made.
How much airport waiting time is included?
Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Confirm when that allowance begins and any additional waiting arrangements with Made when booking.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send your flight number and inform Made of any schedule changes. Pickup timing and any additional waiting arrangements must be reconfirmed.
Can you take large luggage or a bigger group?
Send your guest count and the number and size of your bags before booking. Made will confirm vehicle capacity and whether a different arrangement is needed.
Do you serve other areas of Bali?
Ask Made for a quote with your exact address. The Seminyak and Canggu prices do not establish a price for other destinations or extra stops.
How do I book and check availability?
Choose your service and travel date in the booking form, then send the prepared request on WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed reservation. Made will confirm availability, pickup details and the final price.
How do payment and cancellations work?
Confirm payment methods, any deposit, and cancellation or date-change terms with Made before accepting the booking. No payment is collected on this website.
