How do I book a tour?

Choose your tour and travel date, enter your details, and send the prepared request through WhatsApp. Made will check the schedule and confirm your itinerary and final price.

Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?

No. The form sends a booking request. Your reservation is final only after you accept the details and Made acknowledges your acceptance in WhatsApp.

Is the price per person or per car?

Private tour and driver prices are per car. Adventure activities are quoted separately based on participants and your selected activity. Multi-day prices cover the full package, with up to 10 hours of service per day.

What is included in the price?

Your private driver, vehicle, fuel or charging, and parking are included. Entrance tickets, activities, meals, and personal expenses are paid separately.

Where can I be picked up?

Enter your hotel, villa, or airport in the booking form. Made will confirm whether your pickup location fits the route and whether it affects the final price. Pickup times use Bali time (WITA, UTC+8).

How many passengers and bags can I bring?

Tell Made the number of adults and children and how many suitcases you have. Vehicle capacity, luggage space, and any child-seat needs must be confirmed before you book.

Can I change the itinerary?

Yes. Tours are private and flexible. Agree your preferred stops with Made; the final route depends on driving time, traffic, weather, and opening hours.

What happens if the tour takes longer?

Day tours include up to 10 hours; half-day driver service includes up to 5 hours. Additional time is IDR 150,000 per hour. Discuss any extension with Made before continuing.

What if my flight is delayed?

Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Send your flight details and inform Made of changes so the pickup and any additional waiting arrangements can be confirmed.

How do payment, cancellations, and date changes work?

Ask Made to confirm the payment method, any deposit, and the cancellation or rescheduling terms in WhatsApp before accepting your booking. No payment is collected through this website.
